All items ordered online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item is returned in perfect condition with no make-up or damage to the item, MUST BE shipped via priority mail, or with insurance, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, also all "final sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged. See below for more information. Jewelry, Bralettes and Leggings are FINAL SALE
*Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a shipping error is made on our part.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Not a problem!
Regular Exchange
- If you have decided to exchange a product you ordered online, please email us immediately at info@shopfashioncupcake.com, you have 30 days to exchange. We have a very limited quantity of each product so some items may not be available in the size or color you desire. If that is the case we are happy to accept a return of the item or exchange for a different item. You will receive FREE shipping on an exchange, you are only responsible for the return shipping of the unwanted item.
- Once you email us, we can start the exchange process.
- For a regular exchange, please remember to allow time for your item to be shipped back to us, before your new item of choice will be shipped to you. If this process is too long for you, please see our speed exchange policy below. Please ship item or items back to us via priority mail, or insure your package just in case something happens during delivery. You must keep a tracking number just in case a package becomes lost in transit.
Speed Exchange
- A Speed Exchange is where you choose and purchase your replacement merchandise and we charge your original payment type for the replacement merchandise right away as if it were a normal transaction. (We recommend this since we are a boutique and we carry a limited number of each item.)
- We then ship the replacement merchandise to you at no cost for shipping, you only pay for the return shipping on your unwanted item. (Your shipping cost will be refunded when we receive your unwanted item, but you do pay shipping up front.)
- In the meantime, you send us your original merchandise and we will credit your original form of payment with the shipping cost, for your return shipping on your exchanged item, once we receive the unwanted merchandise.
- Your exchanged order shipping will be refunded when we process your return package. You will receive an email once your item is received and refund is processed.
Not happy with your product? We are happy to accept returns on eligible products!
- Returns and exchanges are ONLY accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund less the shipping charge. If the items you received are faulty, or if the wrong item has been dispatched you will receive a full refund including shipping. Please note that all items are inspected before shipping. The item must then be shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt. (No returns can be accepted after the 30 days, so please contact us as soon as possible with any concerns. ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED via USPS Priority Mail, or have insurance.
- All returns must have the original invoice included as well as all tags attached and original packaging, unworn or unused, and undamaged.
- You may not return or exchange items marked “final sale”, this includes jewelry products and bralettes, it will be noted in the item description if it is “final sale”, this is for sanitary reasons.
- * Jewelry purchases are non-refundable for sanitary reasons. A refund is provided in the rare case of having the wrong item shipped, or item arrives damaged. In this case, we must know immediately, within 48 hours of received shipment. Please note: We inspect each item for optimum quality before shipping!
- Shipping charges on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was shipped by us). We apologize for this in advance if this ever occurs.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the original tags attached and original invoice. NO damage.
- **** Our customer care center inspects all returned items and reserves the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. A 25% restocking fee will be charged IF the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above.
- Once you email us, and receive a response, you may send the product back to us. When we receive it we will credit your card, minus shipping charges. (unless wrong item was shipped, or was damaged upon arrival, then you will receive a full refund including shipping charges.) Please allow 5-7 days for processing, plus shipping time. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
- In store purchases are EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS. Online Purchases can receive a refund or store credit minus shipping charges if item is shipped back within 30 days of receipt.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
