How quickly do you process an order?
We do our best to process and ship orders within 48 hours, usually your order will be processed within 24 hours or less, it will depend on the time of day. If your order is placed before 11am EST it is possible that your item may even be shipped out that same afternoon, but it depends how many orders are being processed that day. Once an item is shipped it can take anywhere from 2 – 10 days for you to receive it depending where you live. However, we do offer a faster alternative to standard shipping to fit your personal needs. Please see the Shipping and Returns page for details on 2nd day and overnight shipping. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. In the event that your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact us. You will need to provide us with full details of the order.
**Acceptance of Order:
No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by Fashion Cupcake until Fashion Cupcake issues a written acknowledgement of your order or (if earlier) Fashion Cupcake delivers the goods to you. You will receive a confirmation email/ receipt of your purchase immediately after you place your order successfully. If the order did not go through, you will not receive an email. Please try again.
How do I place an order?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to place an order. Below is how you can place an order with credit card OR a paypal account. All orders require you to click the "Check out with Paypal" button, but does not mean you have to pay with a paypal account.
All orders can be placed on-line through the Website by clicking on the "Go to Checkout" button at the bottom right of your shopping cart, you will then be able to click on the yellow button that says, "Check out with Paypal". From here you can enter your card information with OR without having a Paypal account. It will give you an option to enter your CC information, OR to login to your paypal account and pay that way. Either way, your payment is processed by Paypal ( even if you do not have an account), and Fashion Cupcake NEVER had access to your credit card information at any time. We never see any credit card numbers and we do not keep anything on file. This is for ultimate security for you, the customer. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders are subject to availability. Can I Pay with Credit Card?
You may pay by credit card. All credit cards are processed through our payment gateway, PayPal.
No credit card details are stored on our site.
When paying with a credit card please ensure that the card holder's name and address are entered as it is shown on the card statement. No responsibility is taken by Fashion Cupcake for incorrect or incomplete details entered on the website and these orders will not be processed. We will take payment in US dollars and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate determined by your card supplier. Once we have confirmed your card details and the details of the order your card will be charged for the goods and delivery charges. Goods are subject to availability and in the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund of any charges made for these products. You should always be notified if your items are unavailable prior to check out, but in credit card situations, there is always a possibility that something could change before your payment is processed.
Can I modify my order?
Once your order has been placed if you need to modify it please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed and shipped (which could take place in less than 24 hours) we are unable to modify it, however you are welcome to return or exchange it.
Can I return items?
Yes, all items that are not marked “final sale” are returnable. For our return policies, please see the Shipping and Returns page. What are final sale items? Items marked “final sale” are either clearance items or other items that cannot be returned, such as jewelry. Exchanges or store credit will not be given to any final sale items unless wrong or faulty item was shipped. Must be notified within one day of received shipment.
How do I get free shipping?
You can get free shipping on all orders over $100 shipped in the continental US only. We cannot offer free shipping to any other locations at this time, unless a coupon is sent out. Keep your eyes on our social media!
How do I know how much shipping will cost?
You can either check the chart under the shipping and returns tab, or click on the "estimate shipping" button before you check out, and it will tell you the exact amount. Keep your eyes on our social media for shipping discount codes! Always free shipping over $100 for continental US orders.

Because this is a boutique, we only have a limited amount of sizes and colors for each item. Usually when an item is sold out it is gone, however we do offer a product request option for our customers to use if the item they want is out of stock. If you see an item that is not available in your size or is out of stock click the “request info” button below the wanted product and let us know what you are looking for. We will let you know if and when the item will be restocked and available for you to purchase.
Do you have coupons??
Yes! We often send out coupons through our mailing list. If you are interested in receiving our emails, sign up on our home page. We also occasionally offer coupons on our twitter, and Facebook so feel free to follow us there to take advantage of any coupons and specials.
How do gift certificates work?
Upon release/approval, they are sent to you in an email with a redemption code. You redeem that code either by clicking on the link or by keying in the code on the checkout-payment page, then the customer will have the gift voucher funds available to them for use in that or future transactions. You can then USE those funds for yourself, OR you can email them to friend(s) via the links provided automatically. You can email as much as you want, to various people, up to the amount they've purchased. Whoever you email it to will receive a new redemption code and will follow the same redemption process ... and can email the funds again if they wish.
